It's a discount off your first job with us, applied to the final invoice. Mention it when you call and we'll make sure it's factored into the written quote.

Standard payment methods are accepted once the job's complete and signed off. The price you agreed to on the written quote is the number on the invoice, nothing added, and nothing hidden in a follow-up bill later.

Yes. We hold NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #452529C and are members of Master Electricians Australia, with full insurance behind every job, and the licence is checkable directly with NSW Fair Trading if you'd like to verify it yourself.

A safety switch cuts power fast if it detects current leaking somewhere it shouldn't, protecting you from shock. Older Waitara homes without one are a common upgrade we're asked to do.
